Again we had a wonderful week at Ard Glas: The great house, the wonderful views, the country full of impressions...
Even the children enjoyed hiking (e.g. Beara, Sheeps Head, Gougane Barra).

Dear Dominic, we would like to say a very sincere thank you for the great experience that we had in West Cork last week.
The house, the scenery, weather, walks, food and the people we met were all a very real delight. This was the first time that we spent any time in West Cork and we found it surprisingly different, in a positive sense , to other parts of the country that we are more familiar with - certainly far less commercial. Your parents' warm welcome when we pitched up rather sheepishly for keys at midnight set the tone and spirit for what turned out to be a very special week for us. We will certainly be recommending to friends West Cork and suggest a look at your website for a great place to stay.

We have just had a lovely relaxing week at Ard Glas.A fantastic ,well equipped house with a beautiful view of Roaring Water Bay.A perfect location to explore South West Ireland.We enjoyed great food in Bantry Bay and a sore rear after horse riding !!Amongst other things..Love to visit again.Thank you very much.

What a fantastic place! We spent two weeks at Ard Glas, and it couldn't have been nicer.The rooms are enormous, the kitchen is very well-equiped, the views are lovely. Great walking area with the cute town of Ballydehob just down the road, and Schull and Skibbereen (for great shopping at Fields) are very close by. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I didn't even know there was a jacuzzi, or I would have used it. And you can see Jeremy Irons castle from the house! No sightings, though, but we looked!

Just returned from spending a long weekend break at your wonderful house.
The house itself is fantastic and has catered for every need we had from the buckets and spades for the kids to the jacuzzi bath for the adults.
The setting is just fabulous and with a view from every window and lovely walks all around the area its hard not to unwind and take a step back from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
We are very much looking forward to returning in the very near future.
